About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join our teams and work on an Employee Communications Platform that strengthens the cohesion, motivation and culture in organizations. Having a combination of a social intranet and a social employee app, it reaches all employees and actively supports exchange. The platform has a Micro-Frontend enabled application relying on Webpack Module Federation and it is based on self-developed Design Systems (v1: angular, v2: stencil.js).

Responsibilities:

As part of the Software Engineering Department, you will increase the user satisfaction significantly through improved services in the central and important area of the project; also you will collaborate closely with colleagues from Backend, Product, Design, and QA.

• You will take on a key role in the transition of these important services into our Angular Only World as well as guide us to scalable and future-proof architectural solutions such as micro-frontends.
• You will create state-of-the-art software with architecture at the highest level.
• You will act as a sparring partner for our Senior Frontend Developers and actively initiate pair programming sessions with less experienced colleagues.
• You will improve existing processes as well as analyzing and solving problems through the application of best practices, coding standards and style guides. Wed highly appreciate if you have knowledge of clean code principles.
• Together with your team and the software engineering department, you drive innovations, and you are a positive voice for the frontend chapter.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in frontend development, mainly in Angular.
• Profound RxJS knowledge.
• Expert knowledge on HTML and CSS.
• Effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Good knowledge of clean code principles.
• Micro-frontend knowledge is a plus.
