Next Generation WAM (Work Area Manager) is an advanced solution for managing medium to large medical laboratory workflows. It offers a real-time, consolidated view of lab operations, ensuring precise and customizable workflow management.
The system connects and monitors lab analyzers and other devices, automating order management, result validation, and reporting to external systems.
Designed to optimize lab efficiency, Next Generation WAM streamlines daily operations, enhances productivity, and supports seamless connectivity across multiple lab locations, enabling lab staff to focus on critical tasks while ensuring complete traceability and control over test processes.

As a Front End Software Developer, your contributions will directly shape how laboratories manage workflows, connect devices, and streamline operations, ultimately enhancing patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and optimize the Angular-based front end for scalable, high-performance applications.
- Implement responsive, user-friendly UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Ensure smooth API integration with backend services for seamless functionality.
- Write clean, modular TypeScript/JavaScript code, adhering to best practices.
- Debug, test, and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
- Work closely with backend developers to design and optimize interaction with the backend API.
- Maintain unit and automated UI tests to ensure reliability and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to improve code quality and processes.
- Stay updated with front-end trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Primary Framework: Angular.
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript.
- UI Tools: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
- Version Control: Bitbucket (Git).
- CI/CD Tools: Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps, YAML.
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server.
- Development Methodology: AGILE (Scrum).
- Project Management Tools: Jira & Confluence.
- 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale front-end applications, with a focus on Angular.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns in the context of front-end development.
- Proven experience in optimizing front-end performance.
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to research and address technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write scalable, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas, propose changes, and work effectively with team members.
