About the role

Join our dynamic team and help us build, optimize, and maintain cutting-edge data integration solutions for global clients. In this full-time, client-facing role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their data needs, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth implementation for long-term success.

Were hiring multiple Data Engineers and welcome candidates with experience in data engineering, analysis, management, or similar fields especially those eager to transition into a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from new and existing clients and designing integration pipelines
• Implementing new data integration or updating and expanding existing ones
• Provide excellent customer support and communication throughout the ETL process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing data integration solutions for clients

Requirements:

• At least 2+years experience in a Data Engineer position
• Proficiency in SQL is a must-have skill
• Good experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• Strong customer support and communication skills in English
• Excellent soft skills including logical thinking, troubleshooting, and investigation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to carefully manage tasks and communication with stakeholders

Extra points if you have:

• Experience in Microsoft SSIS, SQL server and Python
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Background in data engineering, data integration, data analysis, ERP consulting, or related fields
• Procurement knowledge
