As a Software Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. Your expertise inC++ and .NET Core will drive innovation as you enhance products, translate requirements into development plans, and collaborate with teams worldwide. Your work will directly impact the future of enterprise performance testing, ensuring seamless and efficient software solutions.

What the role offers

• Develop and enhance cutting-edge software solutions usingC++ and .NET Core.
• Analyze system requirements and guide development plans with precise estimations.
• Participate in the creation ofnew products and services within a dynamic team.
• Work closely with globalR and non-R teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Maintain high execution standards while delivering high-quality solutions.

What you need to succeed

• 2+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation inC++.
• Solid understanding ofobject-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.
• Good knowledge ofHTTP(S), WebSockets, and Web Services.
• Experience withAgile development (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience withtest-driven development and frameworks likeJUnit and Selenium.
• Ability to manageproject priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
