We replace repetitive yet value-added tasks performed by employees with software robots and intelligent algorithms. Sostenia is an implementation partner for UiPath and Druid.

We are looking for a passionate Odoo Developer, experienced in Python, to join our team in developing, customizing, and integrating ERP solutions on the Odoo platform. You will collaborate with both technical and functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable, and tailored solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules
• Implement business logic in Python, following Odoo best practices
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with QA, PM, and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Write technical documentation and provide user support

Requirements:

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript (for front-end customizations)
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Online
• DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD)
• Experience with Odoo modules in eCommerce, CRM, or Accounting
• Advanced English proficiency
