Infineon Technologies is the strongest semiconductor company in Romania with a R&D center in Bucharest for 20 years and growing R&D sites in Iași and Brașov. You will be part of a newly formed software development team in Iasi, which will have full software lifecycle ownership for in-house IT products and applications, which are integral parts of Infineon's advanced R&D flows, processes and planning framework. We are looking for a talented full-stack developer to drive and support R&D test and verification management solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. In your new role you will:

• Design, build and run web applications & platforms based on .NET technologies that drive Infineons digitalization journey for R&D test and verification management solutions
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts, UX experts and BIZ stakeholders to design and build a system that is efficient, effective, and scalable
• Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for CI/CD, test automation, and deployment
• Monitoring and managing infrastructure , ensuring optimal performance, and scalability
• Involvement at all stages of SDLC : analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, UAT facilitation, packaging, deployment &operations
• Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps practices & methods
• Explore emerging trends and technologies in software development

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Degree in computer science, informatics , or a related field (Bachelor/Masters)
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on .NET technologies, including architectural design and system integration
• Working experience with Blazor development and familiarity with HTML and CSS would be a great advantage
• Familiarity of CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Proficiency with version control like Git, Bitbucket etc.
• Good knowledge and exposure with relational databases like MSSQL
• Exposure to cloud technologies , containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation)
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English language skills. Basic German language skills would be an advantage
