As aSenior TypeScript Developer on theLoadRunner team at OpenText, you will be a key player in designing and developingscalable, high-performance testing solutions used by businesses worldwide. Your expertise inTypeScript, JavaScript, and browser technologies will help drive innovation insystem behavior and performance testing. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring technical excellence and best practices within the engineering team.
What the role offers
- Lead thedesign and development ofhigh-performance enterprise testing solutions.
- Work withTypeScript and C++ to build robust, scalable applications.
- Solve complex challenges related toHTTP(S), WebSockets, and API integrations.
- Gain deep knowledge ofbrowser technologies (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
- Collaborate withglobal R teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Contribute tonew product development in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience in software development with a strongJavaScript/TypeScript background.
- Deep understanding ofobject-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.
- Experience withHTTP(S), WebSockets, and API development.
- Familiarity withC++ (nice to have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability tonew technologies.
- Experience working inAgile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with acontinuous learning mindset.
- Experience withtest-driven development and frameworks likeJUnit and Selenium.
- Ability tomanage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
